4. Exchanges

All exchanges are subject to product availability. Delivery times for replacement items may vary.
5. No Restocking Fees
Luxeely does not charge any restocking fees for eligible returns.
6. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5–7 business days
- Maximum refund time: up to 7 business days after approval
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
7. Discounts & Promotions
Refunds will not be issued for discounts or promo codes that were not applied at checkout. Promotions must be used at the time of purchase and cannot be applied retroactively.
