We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied, you can return your lawn mower, shed, trailer, generator, or coffee machine within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be:

- In original packaging
- With all included parts and accessories
No, we do not charge any restocking fees ($0.00).
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Luxeely will cover return shipping.
If the return is due to customer reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong item ordered), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use it on our Order Tracking page or the courier’s website to monitor your delivery.
